Medical device branding and marketing

NuVasive is a leader in surgical spine innovation. They develop processes, instrumentation and implants focused on minimally invasive spine surgery. They needed help communicating their value proposition to various audiences.

Services Provided: Photography Direction, Printed Collateral, Creative Direction, and Design Execution

We tackled many projects including internal signage, advertising, event branding, and employer brand development.

Nuvasive Detail Shots

We designed an installation for the lobby of their San Diego headquarters that features hundreds of their instruments and implants, assembled to spell out NUVA, their stock trading symbol.

We worked closely with different teams at NuVasive to expand existing campaigns and create new ones. We directed artistic product photography shoots, and helped source lifestyle images for advertising that clarified the human benefit of the medical device company.

Our close collaboration with NuVasive allowed us to create work that got the results we wanted. We helped raise employee engagement with the company mission, and raise brand awareness in the marketplace.
